I have proven myself to be effective leader, trainer, coach, both in the professional world and in my personal life. The key is often unlocking confidence while creating self-trust and clarity. People need to focus on the intended outcome, but take an agile approach to achieving the outcome.

I have years of experience through my education, work history and personal growth and I have been coaching young and seasoned professionals for more than 20 years as a College Lecturer, Manager, Director or as a leader and in the last few years as a professional coach.

I use a free session to discuss the expected outcomes up front to make sure both parties are comfortable with the approach.
