A bit about my journey:

I grew up loving the outdoors - nature and wildlife. Being active has always been important to me. I have a range of different experiences and occupations from over the years. I love to learn, and I have a lot of care for balance and overall well-being.

From:
- studying Mathematics, Philosophy, Art History, Psychology, and Counseling at University,
- being an athlete (competitive Swimming, Cross-Country, and Ultimate Frisbee), a labourer for multiple landscaping companies (including tree planting), an Ocean Rescue lifeguard and supervisor, a coach for various sports, an educator in the public Education system,
- serving in the military,
- studying Yoga Teacher Training overseas, studying and devoting my practice to Life & Success Coaching,

I take great pride in the service I provide, and I want to help others live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
