About Me

Patricia Sotomayor is an Executive Coach certified PCC by the International Coaching Federation with more than 1300 coaching hours. She is specialized in Systemic and Team Coaching and Neuro-linguistic Programming. She has more than 18 years of experience working in Spanish multinationals as a Senior Management Executive Assistant and as a Member of the Chairman and CEO cabinets. She excels in the execution of results-oriented projects and Talent and Leadership performance of the multicultural teams she works with.

Master’s Degree and University Expert in Photography and Visual Arts, she integrates photography into her work through portraiture. She founded FOCCUS in 2016 and created the Portrait Coaching® methodology, unique in the market, in which she incorporates portraits and headshots as an executive coaching tool. She is also a teacher in different training schools in Madrid and collaborates with Coaching and Management consulting companies both in Spain and abroad.

She is currently located in Madrid and works both in Spanish and English.
