Hi I 'm Patricia and thank you for stopping by on my profile. But you can call me Pat for short. I'm an Optimal Wellness and Orthopedic Massage Therapist, a Business Mentor/ Coach for Massage Therapist & Wellness Entrepreneurs and a Core Indentity Coach.

My goal is help as many people as possible to discover and take control of their life destiny in the areas of their health, life and business. So when I'm not being a care provider which I love doing as an Optimal Wellness Therapist. You will find me mentoring, coaching and teaching as a Busines Mentor or Core Identity Coach.

I love helping, supporting and empowering others and functioning in these areas allows me to do that. I have as such learnt a thing or two that has proven to be useful and that has gotton me results in my life, working with others and in business and that's why I have made it my mission to help as many people as I can to get the same results or even better than what I have experienced.
