About Me

I am the Midwife for Midlife. I believe that life is not over because one is in the stage of midlife. This is a time to rediscover, redefine and reinvigorate yourself. It is time to give birth to those things you have been impregnated with but have not given birth to because you have been serving and giving to others.

Coaching is my passion and purpose in life. I have a double Master's degree in Practical Theology and Human Services Counseling. In addition, I have a Certificate in Women's Issues and a Lifeforming Life Coaching.
