About Me

Business Coach with deep leadership experience and understanding of self-development and stress reduction practices. Coaching is not supposed to make you feel better, it is supposed to make you see better! Clear your thoughts, make sturdy decisions and change your life. I’ve spent 20+ years at leading companies in the IT technology, and retail sectors in strategic planning, marketing, facilitation, and Hr management. In addition to my coaching practice, I am the co-founder of an HR Network that is helping organizations connect and modernize their approch to people management and leadership. I had the opportunity to be a coach for many clients in different industries and in particular: Pharma, Financial Services, Banking, IT, Government, Oil&Gas, Consulting, Manufacturing, Dental, Media&Entartainment and many more. I have a fair knowledge of the IT sector, a very high paced enviroment with soaring levels of stress and disengagement. I have engaged in coaching sessions with different people such as entrepreneurs, executive, directors, senior and new managers. I have a great interest in helping people in their career transitions and development. My professional life is filled with change and uncertainties like any other. I have always tried to make the best of it and helped my clients do the same in many different sectors: from IT to Fashion, from Logistics to Consulting, from Education to Manufacturing . Chenge is a natural part of life and I have learned the hard way that fighting it is not always the best answer to it. Nevertheless challenging our throughts and fears can be difficult when we feel lonely or judged. Coaching for me has been a game changer. With the support of a coach I could see more clearly and make sounder decisions allined with my values. This is a great part of what being happy means!
