Pamela’s background includes 20+ years in coaching, consulting, and facilitation roles. She also has life experiences in 50+ countries. Informing her work are areas such as growth mindset, the SCARF model, conscious leadership, psychology, change management, and sustainability. Pamela holds a master’s degree in Psychology and Wellness, and a bachelor’s degree in International Business. She is also certified in Prosci Change Management, The Leadership Circle, and as a yoga teacher.
