About Me

I am an Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer. I am the President of Coach for Success, Inc., faculty of Capella University and Coaches Training Institute. I hold an MBA and the Professional Certified Coach designation from the ICF. I am also a certified Dale Carnegie trainer, HR Generalist and Group Coach.

As an internationally experienced coach and leadership consultant, I provide the tools and motivation to help my clients improve their professional performance as well as their quality of life.

Some of my clients include Microsoft, Deloitte and Touché, Waste Management, AT&T, MasterCard, ING, Blue Cross Blue Shield and numerous mid size businesses as well.

In my free time, I am an avid runner, recently completing a marathon on all 7 Continents. There are fewer than 100 women who have accomplished this endeavor.
