About Me

Hi! Thank you for visiting. I am a level II trained IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy) practitioner working with individuals and families. My services are systems-focused, trauma-informed and includes mindfulness applications. I have worked with hundreds to guide them towards cultivating positive and compassionate relationships since 2014. Through IFS in my own work with my own parts, I was able to find a way to relate more compassionately to some traumatic fear parts and therefore not be crippled by them on a daily basis and instead live through my day to day in ease and without disruption. I received training in Internal Family Systems Therapy, specializing in addiction, eating disorders, and adolescents. Mindfulness certification was received from Mindfulness Awareness and Compassion-Based Practices with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach from Sounds True in partnership with the University of California at Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center.

I received additional specialty youth training from Mindful Schools, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health in an Uncertain Time: Reintegration Strategies for Classroom and Community.

Volunteering has been a very special part of my life at Peace4Kids, and Suicide Prevention Center where I received certification in ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training).

I have been a student of yoga and meditation since 2001, and teaching it since 2014.

Our sessions mainly focus on the work of IFS while integrating mindfulness.
