About Me

My name is Oren and I am a Life and Personal Development Coach. I work with people who want to make changes in their life but find this difficult at times. This could be due to stress, anxiety, confusion or just not really knowing where the next step is.

What I offer is, face to face, video calls or telephone calls with the client.

I first offer a free one hour session to determine what the client needs/ wants and determine if we both feel i am the right coach for them.

I then offer single sessions, 10 block sessions and so on. This depends on what the Client wants or needs.
I believe with my history in social care as a social worker. I will be able to help the client to understand themselves better and from this be able to make the right steps forward for them.

My education is a BA is Social work, and a diploma in coaching.
since qualifying in both of these. I have been a social worker for three different local authorities over a period of 7 years.
I have been a coach for the last 2 years.

This has lead me to have a lot of experience working with clients and families in very difficult situations. Helping them to find a path that is right for them and the family and accomplishing this goal. It has never been easy for them. it has been challenging, and painful however this is the path of Change, Progression and moving forward with their goals.

I am a firm believer that you have the power to make the changes you truly want to see happen. To take the next steps to push your life to the next level.
