About Me

I belief in my coaching partners(Decisicion Makers) that they have all recources and potential to achieve their goals. My role as a coach is to be a Learner in this process and help them to decrease interference and to unleach their potential to get great performance with pleasure.
Every human being is unique and when a coach really presents and listen deeply it helps a person moves toward desired goals in a fulfilling manner.
I have beeen working since 2017 with Father of modern coaching Timothy Gallwey in the Institue of Inner Game by Timothy Gallwey. Tim created coaching approach in tennis about 50 years ago and called it Inner Game. After he and his pupils John Whitmore and Miles Downey used it with great success in sport and business(IBM, Apple, Coca-Cola, Rolls-Royce).
Now I represent the Institute in Russia, Ukraine and CIS countries and work with big companies as an executive and business coach and train facilitators to deliver Institute products (sales, leadership, time-management, well-being)to the open market and companies.
I work a lot with japanese companies(Yamaha, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Toto) and speak English and japanese fluently.
I have an experience as a leader and owner of companies for 25 years and understand deeply problems of business.
I know that every problem we have is a chance to change something in our life and we can use it effectively.
