My passion for fitness and desire to help others achieve their fitness goals led me to embrace a career as an educated personal trainer. I have always dismissed fads and gimmicks in favor of sound, proven solutions that breed consistency.

I am a former NCAA Division I sprinter with a Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Kinesiology and current rock star personal trainer/bodybuilder with 8 years of experience.

I help clients achieve optimal health and fitness through mild to rigorous exercises, customized nutrition plans, online workout programs, and mindset training.

My areas of expertise include core training, stress management, toning, weight loss, strength training and general fitness.
