About Me
As a woman who myself continues to pursue my best mentally, spiritually, personally and professionally, I challenge my client’s and hold them accountable in pursuing their dreams and reaching their goals. As the “Best” Coach℠, I truly believe my clients already have the answers and that I'm just there to help guide them. Coaching for me is more my passion then my job. I feel that every life encounter and decision, good or bad has led me to become the “Best” Coach℠.
I hold a dual certification as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPec (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and a Bachelor of Administration in Management degree from Howard University.
