About Me

I have always had a passion for helping people and truly believe it was what I was meant to do. I am a Certified Family Life Educator as well as a Certified Holistic Life Coach and Yoga RYT 200. I am also a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapist.

I have been working in the social work field for the last 12 years coaching, advocating, and facilitating psycho-educational groups. I have worked with victims of domestic violence, parents and children involved with the foster care system, and persons with weight management issues (both over and under). I have been teaching private in-home yoga for a year; movement, meditation, and Ayurveda.
