About Me

I received my Master’s Degree at Palm Beach Atlantic University in Florida. It is here I experienced my graduate practicum as a behavioral therapist working with parents and children of Autism, ADHD and developmental delay. When I moved to Charleston, SC my husband, Brian, and I were blessed to establish Life Essentials Health Center. We believe in the hope of a happy, lasting marriage and reach out to families through the 5 essentials of healthy living in the Lowcountry. Together, we implement our vision of a complete wellness center, where mind and body are made whole. I work with individuals, families, couples and groups through a Holistic therapy approach to implement healthy living, emotional support and guidance. I have also served with East Cooper Community Outreach through Marie Carter & Associates, North Charleston Dream Center and Seacoast Church special needs children’s ministry.

I knew early on that I wanted to be a part of impacting lives. I am inspired by offering my clients hope and healing through a more natural approach, like diet and exercise, instead of a common medical approach. I have seen wonderful results with my clients by incorporating a mind/body approach and supporting them through a genuine positive regard. I truly believe God has placed an amazing healing power within each of us! My therapeutic approach is based on establishing a trusting relationship with clients. This enables my clients to express their thoughts and feelings to encourage greater insight and positive life changes. I coach through the transition to a healthy lifestyle and serve to empower my clients. Through the essential of Maximized Mind, I work with my clients to truly reach their optimal God given potential! I am passionate about healthy living and cooking, time with family, traveling, being near the water and educating the community on how to obtain true health.
