About me:
I am a professor of leadership, a leadership development professional, social entrepreneur, and leadership coach. My interest in leadership and coaching began at age 15 when I joined the Serbian anti-dictatorship movement as an activist. In 2009, I co-founded "Serbia on the Move," a pro-democracy social movement, and have led numerous grassroots campaigns focusing on anti-corruption, health justice, civil rights, and democratization. I currently serve as a strategy and movement-building advisor to several social movements worldwide, including Kreni-Promeni, Volt Europa, and the World Liberty Congress. I coach multiple well-known activists, politicians, and business leaders.

In 2020, I founded ChangeLab Global to democratize access to leadership and social change tools, regardless of socio-economic status. I lead leadership development and coaching programs with UNICEF, the Obama Foundation, and the US Government, while supporting pro-democracy activists worldwide in building and scaling their movements.

As an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, I teach Ethical Leadership and Democratic Leadership. My teaching emphasizes experiential and action-learning methods, anchored in the Democratic Leadership Framework I created. I hold a master's degree from Harvard University and a leadership coaching certificate from Georgetown University. I live in Washington, DC, with my wife and two daughters.
