About Me

My work background is; Advertising agencies, conference organising and publishing. I cut back on that world to raise my daughter who is now 23 and started coaching some years ago.

I have a passion to empower women to stand up for themselves - to be courageous enough to speak their truth; I so get how it can feel in a business meeting not being able to put your point across and just being too shy. But how does it feel afterwards - do you replay the situation and wish you had done it differently? That's where I come in!

Or , standing up for yourself in relationships. Can you say what you mean without either raging or being overwhelmed? Do you have healthy boundaries? Boundaries protect you from toxic people; and we all know how bad we can feel without supportive people around us.

I coach with humour and I will challenge you to change behaviours! i I have been where you are and can empathise and help you move through the mud and into the sunlight. Well,not exactly, but you get what I mean!.
