About Me

I often get questions on what's the difference between career, executive and leadership coaching. While are areas have similarities - leadership coaching is a developmental process where a coach works with an individual (typically a leader or aspiring leader) to enhance their leadership abilities, improve their performance, and achieve personal and professional goals. The practice involves personalized, one-on-one sessions focused on self-awareness, skill-building, mindset shifts, and behavioral change. I help my clients identify their strengths and areas for growth, set actionable goals, and build strategies for improving communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, team management, and conflict resolution.

Career-wise, I have twenty years of experience in Human Resources and over fifteen years of experience as a people manager which rapidly progressed to a C-Suite executive. I hold several certifications, awards, and credentials. By focusing on each client's unique strengths, values, and aspirations, I empower individuals to take purposeful action and unlock their full potential in the professional world.
