About Me
I’m a midlife career pivot coach for accomplished professionals who know they’re ready for something different, but aren’t quite sure what that “different” is yet.
I’ve spent 19 years navigating the intersection of people, leadership, operations, and business, including executive and C-suite roles in high-growth, technology, cybersecurity, professional services, and government contracting. I’ve sat in the room where big decisions get made, and I’ve also experienced what it means to question what comes next.
My coaching is about more than finding another job. It’s about getting clear on what you want this next chapter to look like, understanding what you bring to the table, and building a path that actually fits the person you are now.
Sometimes the answer is a new career. Sometimes it’s a leadership role, entrepreneurship, consulting, or a portfolio career. And sometimes the biggest breakthrough is realizing you don’t have to keep doing what made sense ten years ago.
I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach with a background in executive leadership, HR, operations, and organizational strategy. I bring a practical, business-minded perspective to coaching, along with the space to slow down, think honestly, and make decisions that are right for you.
You don’t need to have the whole plan figured out before we start. That’s what we’ll work on together.
