About Me
Most career advice tells women to work harder. I help them work smarter. By mastering the unwritten rules that actually drive who gets promoted, who gets sponsored, and who gets the seat at the table.
I bring something most coaches can't: 15+ years inside the rooms where those decisions are made. As a former CHRO, COO, and VP across corporate, tech, and private equity environments, I've built leadership pipelines, designed succession strategies, and sat on the committees that shape careers. I know how organizations really work — and I use that insider knowledge to give my clients an edge their company will never hand them.
My coaching approach is direct, strategic, and deeply practical. We don't just work on mindset we build a real roadmap. Whether you're gunning for your first VP role, navigating C-suite politics, or trying to make your next move with clarity instead of guesswork, I help you see the full board and play it well.
I hold a bachelor's and master's degree and am pursuing my doctorate - because I believe great coaching should be grounded in both lived experience and rigorous research.
