I know what it feels like to have it all together on paper and feel completely falling apart on the inside.
There was a time when my career was thriving, my calendar was full, and I was checking every professional box. But behind the scenes? I was running on fumes. I'd neglected my health so long it stopped feeling like a choice it just felt like survival. And then one day I hit a wall. Exhausted, frustrated, and honestly a little ashamed that someone who "had it together" could feel so completely lost in her own body.
That moment changed everything for me.
I started doing the work not the all-or-nothing, burn-yourself-out-at-the-gym kind, but the real work. Learning how to fuel my body, move in ways that restored me instead of depleting me, and finally address the stress and mindset patterns that were keeping me stuck. The transformation wasn't just physical. I got my energy back. My confidence back. My life back.
And now I help professional women do the same.
I work with high-achieving women who are tired of putting themselves last. Women who know what they should be doing but can't seem to make it stick between the meetings, the deadlines, and the thousand other things demanding their attention. My approach is holistic and built around your real life: movement that fits your schedule, nutrition that fuels your performance, and mindset and recovery strategies that actually address the root of burnout — not just the symptoms.
