I'm Nakisha Dixon, Women's Performance Coach and Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist. I work with driven, accomplished women in corporate and professional settings who are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through their busiest seasons and start performing at their actual peak — in their careers, their bodies, and their lives.
My approach is whole-woman performance coaching. That means we don't just look at what you're eating or how often you're moving. We look at your hormones, your energy systems, your habits, your mindset, and the invisible load you've been carrying — and we build a strategy that works for the woman you actually are, not a generic wellness plan designed for someone else.
As a GGS Certified Women's Coaching Specialist, Pilates Instructor, and Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist with a background in HR and people leadership, I bring together the science of women's health and the psychology of high performance in a way most coaches simply can't. I've spent years in the corporate world. I understand your calendar, your pressure, and your standards — and I coach to all three.
