I coach high-performing women navigating perimenopause and menopause who are successful on paper but running on empty behind the scenes.
My clients often balance demanding careers, a constant mental load, and shifting energy, sleep, and focus. What used to work no longer does—and pushing harder only makes it worse.
This isn’t just about hormones. It’s about sustaining performance in a changing body.
