About Me

I'm an entrepreneur, executive coach, consultant, author, researcher, teacher, and lifelong learner with a passion for leadership development, shaping a collaborative company culture, and building great teams. My background is in Industrial/Organizational psychology, and I've worked in the tech industry for the past several years.

I was the co-founder of two products in the productivity and project management space, AgileZen and TaskTorch. I ran all of the business operations for those companies, including marketing, customer support, and finance.

As a coach, I help people reach their personal and professional potential. I've always been passionate about connecting people with their inner spark, so I help my clients figure out who they want to be and break through anything that might be holding them back from getting there. We set goals together, and I challenge and support them as they work on the most important issues in their lives.

I use a process that encourages clients to direct their energy in a more constructive way, which research has shown increases satisfaction in several areas of their life, not just at work. Who doesn’t want to feel happier and more fulfilled, right?

I specialize in working with executives, managers, and high-potentials in technology companies of all sizes. I also enjoy working with entrepreneurs from all sectors and supporting them as the build their business. Because of my background in I/O and cognitive psychology, entrepreneurial experience, and knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies, I understand the issues that modern leaders face.
