I am a Certified Coach who made entry into corporate as Software Engineer and then worked as a Human Resources Professional with rich experience of working in diverse industries such as BFSI, Health & Fitness, Automobile Manufacturing, SEO, IT, Apparel & Furniture Retail, Consultancy, etc. I have coached people on their problems at root level having worked closely with graduates to Leadership.

My mission is to empower people making them find peace and happiness with Ikigai "reason for their being".

In my sessions, I coach people providing them space to reflect and work on their inner resources, resistance and readiness so they can achieve next level of performance at work & life with clarity and confidence.
