I’m Nicole Shir, a trauma-informed life coach and expert in communication and conflict resolution, with deep knowledge of neurodivergent experiences, including Autism and ADHD. With a Master’s in Workplace Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Conflict Resolution, I blend science-backed strategies with emotional intelligence to help individuals, couples, and teams cultivate healthier relationships.

Using Basic PSYCH-K, EMDR, EFT, and my own Belonging Modality, I help you uncover subconscious beliefs, improve communication, and foster deeper connections. My Belonging Modality increases awareness of connection in relationships, empowering you to understand how you naturally engage with others and strengthen those bonds.
