About Me

I own Mahaba House, a holistic Healing Center that provides restorative healing practices, self-care, mindfulness, and wellness. Our retreats and coaching services incorporate a comprehensive approach to healing, nurturing mind, body, and spirit. As your coach, I will curate a comprehensive plan to enrich and propel your life for success.

I became a coach following a 25-year career as a nonprofit executive. Over the years, I experienced burnout, trauma and loss of purpose. I had to reconnect with my personal coach to support me in establishing a journey to heal & restore myself. Incorporating several healing modalities into my healing journey, I decide to establish Mahaba House to provide a sanctuary space that offer various healing modalities, tools and services in support of one’s healing journey.

I am a certified Life coach and nonprofit consultant. I received my master’s in public administration (Finance) from New York University – Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and my bachelor's from University at Albany. My consultant business specializes in nonprofit start-up, strategy, fundraising, and board development. My coaching component began primarily to support the nonprofit leaders that were my consultant clients, I have expanded the target market over the years. The plans I curate have the perfect balance of personal and professional goals & strategies for success, it creates an opportunity for my clients to establish healthy holistic work life balance to live their best lives.
