Thanks to Nicole’s brilliant ability to mirror personal matters carefully and deeply without any compromises, so far she could significantly contribute to my personal growth! Over the last 10 years, I regularly took sessions with several experienced coaches. Each of them, to a greater or lesser extent, had a positive impact on my life. However, none of them acted the extraordinary and complete way Nicole does by combining many of the strengths I could identify with different coaches in the past. With her friendly and open character, Nicole established a zone of comfort right from the first session. It did not take long, and that feeling of well-being turned into trust, so that very open and profound dialogues were the consequence. In every single meeting, I was fascinated by the high level of preparation – excellent material and documentation support Nicole`s work - and by the fact that she is so well informed on a wide array of sometimes totally different and complex subjects. Even though Nicole is keen on helping to develop your personality by following certain guidelines, she leaves enough room to exploit completely new topics that arise between the various sessions. In every single meeting, she showed great perseverance in asking the “right” and often uncomfortable questions. My time with Nicole has been highly productive and very enjoyable. I find her to be attentive, patient, and most importantly insightful. She clearly cares a great deal about her clients and it shows. For my taste, Nicole exhibits the ideal mix of professionalism and personability; we both approach sessions as work (important work at that), but we still manage to share laughs too. My biggest takeaways thus far include a new set of tools that have better prepared me to navigate uncertainty. I was incredibly impressed with Nicole's ability to immediately hone in on the areas of my career and my personal life where I've been struggling to move forward. It was a little eerie, frankly. :) (Not coincidentally, these things are completely related.) My sessions gave me a lot to think about and some concrete suggestions for how to break through blocks by bringing everything back to my personal values. (Which she also quickly helped me identify, something I've been dancing around for years myself.) I feel very fortunate that I was able to work with Nicole early on in my insurance professional journey. Nicole and I began working together a couple of months after I became an insurance broker sales specialist. Nicole assessed my effectiveness and then developed a plan to improve my leadership skills based on the results of the assessment. What I appreciate most about her coaching method is that it is holistic. Nicole's 2 day (2x ½ days) coaching was exactly what I needed! Very powerful and motivating! Got clarity on what I need and what to focus on to propel my business forward. The brainstorming gave me a bigger picture and the detailed action plan we developed together inspired me to get all my tasks done, every day since we did the coaching. I've always wanted a coach like that. The coaches I have tried didn't even come close to Nicole's coaching. I would recommend her highly any day and also recommend continuing the two days coaching with follow-ups to keep up the focus, motivation, and inspiration.

I approached Nicole Pavelka Coaching and Consulting last year as I was looking quite desperately for support to re-identify my career goals and adjust to a new professional set up. After comparing many different coaches finally Nicole got recommended to me. Immediately I felt to be in very good hands, learning about her experience not only as a coach but also as a successful entrepreneur and creative director. We started with an initial “personality assessment” session including a comprehensive debrief analysis by Nicole. Working with Nicole was a true pleasure. She provided two days of coaching services, which resulted in a deeper understanding of my core values, uncovering some tendencies that are important to be aware of, and leaving with a set of tools for moving forward with some upcoming decisions.
