As a sales people leader at global companies, Nicole's organic & strengths based management style allowed her teams to uncover and capitalize on personal strengths, collaborate with peer mentors and accomplish personal and professional goals at scale. Her achievements include influencing the career trajectory and growth path of sellers who have gone on to become leaders in their own right at top SaaS technology companies. Under her leadership and guidance, many of her sellers attended Presidents Club at Adobe, Emarsys and Yext with team members bringing in over 25 7-figure deals at organizations in the Fortune 500 offering an outsized impact on overall revenue growth
Nicole volunteers her time mentoring students seeking careers in sales and related roles - with volunteer roles at organizations including Elizabeth House alongside other worthy pursuits within her community.
Nicole lives in Ontario Canada, was born and raised in Berkeley, California and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University. Her husband, two children and French Bulldog, Gaston have been supportive of her career throughout.

I have worked with Nicole for more than a year and I can't recommend her highly enough! She has a gift for asking probing questions that really helped me get to the heart of what I'm passionate about and find my true north star. Her tips and tricks for navigating everything from difficult conversations at work to resume updates and interviewing skills have been incredibly valuable and help me feel more confident in my abilities. Throughout our time together, she has been both encouraging and friendly, while also being candid and telling it like it is.
