I’m a successful business consultant, coach, and dynamic speaker who built and sold a $3.5 million marketing and venture-building consultancy. For 15 years, I led a team that worked with dozens of B2B clients. I worked closely with high-level executives to develop strategic solutions to reduce costs, increase revenue, and launch new products. Our team had a purpose-forward culture, focused on professional development and inclusion.
In 2018, our firm was acquired and I spent three years as an executive running the business development team and managing key clients in the $7 million division. I also helped navigate through a subsequent acquisition that more than doubled the division in size and staff.
After years of volunteer activism, I left my executive role to run for office. My background uniquely positioned me as a strong candidate for Georgia Labor Commissioner. I built my campaign from the ground up while developing deep relationships with unions, activists, fellow candidates, and community leaders.
Running for office electrified my passion to help individuals grow. As a certified Positive Psychology coach, I founded ThirdEdge Performance Solutions to offer coaching, consulting, and training. I am now using my experience in team building, strategic planning, coalition building, and innovation to coach others to make a greater impact.

VerifiedWorking with Nicole was wonderful. Nicole was very insightful, and guided me to think more strategically about my goals. It was really motivating every week to try and reach the micro goals we set up from the previous week. I found myself throughout the 8 week time period gaining more mental clarity, the ability to strategically plan for situations, meet deadlines, and dissolve situations that may have occurred. Great experience as now I have a more intune approach to running my business. Overall I highly recommend. working with Nicole, and intend on working with her further in the future.
