About Me

Hi there! My name is Nicole Dyczewski and I am a multi-certified Master Coach specializing in emotional eating. My mission is to help women take charge of their relationship with food so they can live a life without diets, deprivation, militant exercise and strict rules!

Ever since I can remember I have had a deep desire to teach, help and empower those around me. After spending nearly 15 years in the education field, I made the leap into entrepreneurship, combing my love of teaching and health and wellness and launched my coaching practice.
I am trained extensively in both the Habit Change Coaching Method and Transformational Coaching Method from Health Coach Institute, as well as Brooke Castillo's method of The Model.

My clients come to me feeling as though they've tried EVERYTHING and nothing has worked. After working with me, they are confident that they've finally found what they were searching for.
