About Me

Throughout my career I have coached and managed up leaders and individual contributors, ministers and executives in the nonprofit and public space alike.

While earning my masters at Concordia University I received executive coach training and began pusuing additional training and certification as a coach, including DiSC, Leadership Challenge & other methodologies.

My coaching style leans therapeutic but I am not a therapist. My philosophy however is that transformation begins with how we think, and by changing how we think or being exposed to new ideas we can change the course of our lives and reach our best highest self.

I believe that how we show up in one place is reflected in how we show up other places because we bring ourself with us everywhere we go. So I spend time tracing the trail of the presenting issue to get to the root cause.

Ideal Clients:
• I work with emerging leaders who need to be upskilled to meet the new challenges of their role, or individuals who want to move into (higher levels of) leadership and want coaching.
• I work with faith based leaders who desire to lead people without injuring them, providing accountability, insight, and wisdom as a coach & advisor.
• I work with individuals who are going through transitions in life, relationships and career and need clarity and help getting from where they are to where they want to be.

Clients come to me when they:
- Want to become a better leader in their jobs and in their homes
- Experiencing resistance from their direct reports
- They aren't sure how to close the divide and get buy-in
- Need to learn how to build rapport and trust.
- Are struggling in multigenerational workplaces
- Experiencing problems with communication, respect, belonging, inclusion
- Going through transition or what feels like a "midlife crisis"
