About Me

I'm an embodiment guide and licensed holistic health professional who approaches psycho-spiritual blockages with strategies and perspectives rooted in practicality and intuition.

I'm here to be an honest reflection for you, and to hold a space for you to recognize the truths that you already know. In other words, I'm not here to direct you, but I'm here to help you direct yourself by expanding your awareness to blindspots.

I’m not here to present you with complex spiritual concepts and ungrounded perspectives. Rather, I’m here to bring you back to the simplicity of your most basic essence that already knows how to move forward.

In my sessions, I hold a secure container for us to connect man-man, and heart-to-heart so that you can better attune with the core of your being. From there, we will communicate through perceived limitations, and I will help guide you into more congruency, coherency, and harmonic alignment within your own being.

My superpower is my insightfulness. I have a natural ability to notice things that people can’t yet see, to connect the dots, and to communicate those understandings in a fun, relatable, and spot-on way.

I have a unique ability to view situations holistically while also noticing the small details. I notice subtle patterns that are creating stagnation, conflict, and incongruence between the present reality and the desired outcome.

Coaching with me includes personalized diagnostics and assessments that span across the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of you. This empowers me to understand you, and support you more deeply.

My devotion to meeting myself on the deepest possible level is what empowers me to meet others wherever they're at. Therefore, I welcome you in your messiness, confusion, or whatever happens to be present for you.
