Hello everyone,

I am Nico; in my main life, I am the Managing Director of a Software company based in Hong Kong and lead two R&D sites with SW engineers focused on smart household appliances and innovative solutions for electronic consumer goods. I actively participate in industry events like the Greater Bay Area (GBA) Innovation Day, sharing insights on tech trends and strategies for success always with a focus on the human part in the tech world.

My expertise includes product development, business consulting, building and scaling organizations, and cross-cultural team management. With a strong academic connection, I combine practical experience with educational insights, driving strategic growth and technological advancements in the tech sector.

I am passionate about developing people and organizations and am especially interested in offering my knowledge in the form of:
