About Me

Hi I’m Nicki,
Highly sensitive mom of 2, recovering people pleaser and perfectionist, and former ambitious corporate ladder climber turned life coach. My journey really started when I had a bit of a quarter life crisis. I was a new mom, burnt out from my corporate job, my relationships were struggling, and I felt overall disconnected and unhappy. I felt like there was something missing in my life, I wanted a life that felt meaningful and fulfilling—I wanted to feel present and vibrant and like I was enjoying life not just rushing through on autopilot. My journey started with a process of self rediscovery and uncovering that led me to realize my calling as a life coach. I went on to get certified and continued to deeper my skill, knowledge and mastery through The Institute of Coaching Mastery - led by a former psychotherapist where I became trauma informed and learned how to clear and healing deep and core wounding and unconscious blocks at the root in order to help my clients flourish and feel happy, healthy and whole in the mind, body and soul.
