Too many clients these days are not providing themselves with adequate work-life balance. People think working 100 hours a week is the only way to get rich. But what people don’t tell you is these same individuals, have some of the lowest levels of productivity and efficiency. Further to this, their occupational outlook, family and friend relationships and personal wellbeing all deteriorate substantially.

I have found the WHY behind any decision made in life will identify how sustainable a venture will eventuate to be. I am a major advocate for discovering your why and understanding what motivates you each morning to jump out of bed rather then pressing that snooze button one more time.
