About Me

I was aware of coaching when I was 25 years old while doing my MBA program in Italy (an international MBA program of the University of Iowa, USA). Coaching was a part of the personal & leadership development based on neuroscience of my MBA program.

I could not tell how much coaching helped change my life. From a 25 year-old who had a lot of unanswered questions about what she was good at or what she wanted to do for her life, I became more confident than ever after a year of personal coaching. Coaching has created a permanent change to my life and most importantly, helped me discover my life mission. I wondered what if I could do the same to other young people who also had a lot of unanswered questions like me before. I would like to help maximize their potential so that they can live a happy and fulfilled life, bringing their best to their families, organizations and societies. That is my mission to be a coach.

For my professional background, I have almost 8 years working experience in marketing management across many industries. The next step for me is to contribute to maximize the potential of the talents for the businesses.

My coaching approach is brain-based coaching from Neuroleadership Institute which is supported by latest theories of contemporary neuroscience. This program covers all 11 ICF Core Competencies.
