About Me

I’m a Bullshit Free Soul Speaker.
This unconventional life has led me to great adventures
of humanity and intimacy.

Early on, I cut my teeth negotiating deals with executives by day while nurturing the careers of artists & creators into the early hours of the morning.

It was a thrilling life until it just wasn't anymore.

Life starts to catch up.
I didn't do a good job of integrating my work with my life.
I lacked a roadmap and clarity.
My physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing were constantly out of whack.

My relationship came to an end.
I stopped smoking.
I got addicted to running long distances
I lost 60lbs.
I kicked sleep apnea.

I started working with a life coach. Marabeth showed up when I needed a new conversation that led me to do the bold thing.

A few months later…

I was reborn in New York City.
I took on an intensive year of personal transformational and leadership work.
I became a certified leadership & growth coach and started Hungry Hearts 416NYC.

I’ve gotten to this point through passion and ambition. Making bold choices, picking myself up and learning from my failures. In the last year I’ve had a pancreatic tumor removed, beat cancer and a complete recovery.
This experience taught me so much about support, surrender and community. How valuable that is!

We are nothing if not a collection of our own experiences.
