About Me
Working hard and working smart but there is still that little bit of irritation, that feeling of it still not being enough? Trust me I know and have experienced the same in my life and that of my clients. If you are someone who is managing time, doing multitasking and have aspirations and still have that one piece missing. Then we need to work together to complete that circle.
I work with people who have high stress levels in their life, are struggling to find that me time and space for themselves. I follow a three step process which I like to call the "CCU" approach to bring Clarity, Coping and Uninstalling your limiting beliefs.
We work together to understand what's standing in your way, how you can start coping with it and ultimately what in your own belief system needs to change for it to help you reach your potential, be it for your work or your relationships. I will provide you the safe space to openly talk about your thoughts and help you navigate them to a process, so that they empower you rather than be a hinderance in your path.
I started my career in product marketing, moved to event management and now I am an ICF certified PCC stress & relationship management life coach along with being a NLP practitioner. My 20 plus years of experience as an employee, entrepreneur and a freelance agent along with family life has taught me a lot of lessons and brought insights that I try and use to help my clients gain their clarity. My learnings with various NLP techniques make me equipped to help you find your tool box for any and all situation life sends your way.
I absolutely love reading and travelling as it helps me stay inquisitive in life.

Over the years I have effectively managed all aspects of life with ease - home, kids, relationships, socials, work n more.. but since after covid .. health n work both suffered .. I got major anger management issues, lack of self worth , dropping efficiencies, lack of focus.. I kept finding faults everywhere .. my kids got weary of me .. thats when I began sessions with Neha .. believe u me I began with fault finding in her ways too .. she never gave me a quick solution just asked questions after questions .. answers to which i didn't want to give even to myself .. her professionalism and patience with me were commendable .. it took about 12 sessions but I got my mojo back .. I can again focus on the larger picture and find humor in situations that earlier got me mercurial .. every now and then I reach out to her and even after our professional engagement being over .. she reverts to all my messages in her positive .. simple .. non judgemental way .. oh I still never get a solution .. just a question for me to get my perspective in place ..
