About Me

I'm a coach and advisor with over 20 years’ experience helping hundreds of business owners and leaders grow their leadership capability, attract more clients, and scale their businesses. I'm skilled in diagnosis, problem identification, and creating customized solutions. I enjoy partnering with clients to establish strategic plans and actionable goals. I love volunteering and giving back to my community as well through organizations such as Dress for Success.

My best clients have an open mind and a willingness to let go of the way they are currently running their business, because they know that there are better, more effective strategies out there – even if they’re too close to their business to see those strategies for themselves.

They also know their “zone of genius” – the work they love to do and that they’re best at – and they actively want to spend more time there.
