About Me

My journey by no means has been an easy one. Married at the tender age of 19 with love, at first sight, I could have never imagined we will grow apart, and our marriage will come to an end after 14 years. As a woman, I was overcome with guilt, confusion, and distress, and as a single mother, I was full of anxiety and stress. I gravely suffered from panic disorder. I had to heal to be able to see the right path and set foot in it for myself and my son, so I sought help and began therapy. As I dove deeper, I found more and realized more. I grasped the necessity of mental wellbeing, the vitality of spiritual growth, and the power of mindset.
