My journey has been rich and diverse. Growing up in challenging circumstances, I learned the importance of resilience and the power of inner peace. As a former ballet dancer, I developed a deep appreciation for movement, expression, and creative energy, which I now incorporate into my coaching practice. Having traveled to around 40 countries and lived in six, I cherish the beauty of diverse cultures and the lessons they offer.
