About Me
Hello! My name is Nathan Mitchell. I am America's Leading Empowerment CoachTM. In 2010, I founded Clutch Consulting. I am a Certified Coach with The John Maxwell Team, and am also certified in both Behaviors and Motivators Analysis through TTI Success Insights.
After earning a B.S. Degree in Management and an MBA from Missouri State University, I spent twelve years in Corporate America in a position I absolutely despised. At the end of the day, despite financial and professional success, I was miserable. I struggled to empower myself and battled with substance abuse for nearly a decade as a result of my unhappiness and discontent. Fortunately, I quit that job, overcame my addiction, and discovered that my unique purpose in life is to empower others to reach their full potential and to be their very best. And that's what I want for you too!
At that end of the day, my life has been a mixed bag of success and failure. However, from those experiences, both good and bad, I am equipped to offer people just like you a unique perspective as you seek to overcome your own challenges and become the person God ultimately designed you to be.
