About Me

I'm Nathalie, a certified Transformational Life Coach (Animas Centre of Coaching, 2020) and BodyMind Maturation Coach (Alchemy of Being, 2022). My coaching focuses on the Body and the Mind, helping human beings find their way back to the heart of who they are.

Maturation is the next step in development. It's releasing everything you are not in order to create spaciousness for who you truly are to birth through. In maturation coaching it's not about shifting your external stuff. You've probably already tried that. It's about going to the root and from there the external shifts happen naturally. It's not just about changing things on the outside but about looking inside first. We not only focus on the actions you can take but also where you are coming from. If you come from a place that feels right to you then everything else will fall into place exactly the way it should.
