About Me

I've been coaching clients (c-level, executives, directors, managers, mid-level, HR teams, other coaches, executive teams) for over 20 years. My approach has evolved and the landscaped has changed, but the customized approach to each client has not. I begin each client engagement with an EQ assessment and at times, 360 assessment too. Once I better understand the client, we work through "The Leadership Playbook" over the client engagement and truly deepen the client's ability to be vulnerable, open and more open to change their own world and/or landscape first, if needed. Words like manage and sales, are just that, words, but leadership is ACTION. Those that will take ACTION with their people and take ACTION to better themselves will ultimately end up bringing their people to the top with them, consistently.
