Within a set of 6 weekly or fortnightly sessions, you will have the opportunity to discuss your short and long term goals and find out how to push past, what's holding you back.

My methodology is to listen to you and provide a supportive, focused set of sessions. Giving you the tools, tasks and resources to help you progress your aims.

Book local 121 1:30hr sessions (15 miles of Bath, UK) or by Zoom.

I trained with LC, Kain Ramsey and I'm an Associate Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC.) I love to utilise my fifteen years of experience of working in the Arts/ Education sector, to facilitate the free flow of creativity and purpose.

My philosophy is, that if we were all able to take up the opportunity to engage with personal coaching, the world would be a different place.
