About Me

I provide coaching, intuitive listening and reflection to help you reach the best version of yourself. Through your work with me, you will learn what the "best version" is based on your unique strengths and how to move from fear-based living to heart-centered change.

I have a doctorate in clinical psychology, but decided to move into coaching. I believe in mind-body approaches and focusing on your strengths rather than your diagnoses or clinical jargon.

I have three areas I like to focus on but am very adaptable to your needs:

Growing Resilience and the Best Version of You:

i use intuitive and body-based skills to help you grow in your strengths, reverse the narrative of fear, and bounce back from adversity.

Growing Self-Leadership:

structured practices and skills to teach you how to self-lead and be the best version of yourself.

Growing an Idea:

for creative and socially-minded individuals who want to bring a project or program into the world.

My framework is based on: Trauma, Mindfulness, Body-based Healing, the Present Moment, Epigenetics, Neuroscience, and Eastern Philosophy.

The number of sessions will depend on your needs. I like working collaboratively to determine an action plan that works best for you.
