About Me

I am a Somatic Therapist, working with EMDR, Compassionate Inquiry Psychotherapy Trainee (by Gabor Mate), Breathwork 200h trainer, Meditation & Mindfulness trainer 50h, trained hypnotherapist, OSHO meditation and others.

My personal story is what brought me to this life.
As a successful business woman, being in Forbes 30 under 30, running big companies, I felt something was missing. I was aggressive, drinking a little bit too much, changing relationships. Then I found my, now husband and I reached a threshold. If I don't change something, I might lose this relationship.

I started healing my complex trauma from childhood. I tried everything: psychotherapy, somatic work, processes, yoga, meditation, soundhealing...

From there I realised, I can heal. If I can heal anyone can. It is not about the coach or therapist. It is about myself and the tools. My work is based on autonomus nervous system and EMDR, REM processing. I work with clients using their bodies, emotions and bilateral stimulation to access trauma. The approach is not based on talking as much as processing. Healing. Even complex trauma can be healed and not in decades.

I am looking for clients who want to heal, change, so that their lives are just a bit better. Because we all deserve to live a life we actually enjoy.
