About Me

I partner with adults and teenagers who have overcome trauma, abuse, grief and other life-altering challenges to create balance, beneficial relationships, healthy boundaries, and other positive attributes to promote living their best life.

I am a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and Disabled Army Veteran with a background in psychology and behavior consultation. I hold a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and received formal life coach training through the Institute of Life Coach Training.

As your coach, I am committed to creating a sacred and safe space that encourages your self-exploration and growth. Our time together is confidential, and it is important to me that you feel able to express yourself, as well as commit to being honest with yourself and with me.

I will be honest and direct. I will challenge you, hold you accountable, help you maintain focus, provide structure and above all empower and support you on your goals. I am excited for you and your journey to find joy, authenticity, and all that you aspire to.
