Dear Naren  Many thanks for your kind words and your email and thank you for investing your time and energy in coaching Akanksha! :)  I would like to second the fact that a lot of us are seeking direction on our fitness, wellness and work life balance personally. And I am sure this experience as increased a sense of collaboration and motivation amongst us.   I have the leadership session on my radar, and I am trying to figure out when would be a best time to do this, It would amazing to have majority of our central support team together for this session and I think when we come together for a Staff meeting or any such forums we could look at doing this then. Of course we can flesh out the details later and the objective. I hope that sounds okay?  I also have a few questions around the Coaching at Akanksha and I hope we can discuss this when we meet on the 7th.  I hope you have a great weekend.  Many thanks  Dhana
