About Me

I’m a registered nurse and feel that modern medicine dispenses too many medication with not enough support to the patient to help them understand the side effects to the meds and if there are any alternatives. Further, if people want to explore the alternatives to medicines I think they should have at least one support person to cheer them on, guide them and help along the way.
I’m passionate about how coaching can help bridge healthcare to people in their homes, in their lives to achieve the highest quality of life possible. I am trained to discuss medication and am passionate about heathy lifestyles, spirituality, self-love, personal responsibility, exercise and how all these things play into our overall health.
