About Me

An Interior Design graduate with experience in Graphic Design who has a personal interest in Self-Development and considers it a lifelong journey.

A firm believer in the impact Self-Development has on an individual and their community. My curiosity in Human Psychology and Human Behavior has influenced me greatly the last 6-8 years and is a main reason I set to build a practice as a Self-Development Coach and Trainer. During this time, I started to reevaluate my goals and what I hope to accomplish as a Designer to fill the gap between where I was and where I wanted to be. And that is when I decided to continue my studies to become an Architect.

My personal-growth journey along with my professional experience has taught me, so far, the importance of self-learning, flexibility, knowing oneself and communication, to mention a few.

As a coach, I walk people through their journey of personal growth by helping them realize and appreciate what makes them unique, build their emotional-awareness and encourage self-reflection.
Personal Growth is about the journey and the questions we ask ourselves and others in the hopes of learning something new along the way. Something that will guide us closer to our true selves.
