About Me

First and foremost, thank you for reading my page.

I am a certified Life Coach and a doctor of psychology. I have been in practice for more than five years. My previous work experience encompasses extensive experience in mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, substance abuse disorder, and assisting with periods of adjustment. I help my clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and safe. I am aware that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in a range of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, grounding techniques, mindfulness meditation, attachment-focused therapy, and psychoanalysis. I have provided individual, couple, and group therapy to a wide range of individuals. I feel therapy is a journey shared by therapist and client therefore I make the priority of my treatment your goals and desired outcomes.
