About Me

I was born in Germany and grew up in Munich and Hamburg, but I feel at home all over the world. After studying business administration in Hamburg, I worked for seven years as Global Head of New Business at the leading affiliate network Awin in Munich, Madrid, London and Chicago.

Until I decided to become a self-employed life coach and yoga teacher and travel the world, I have been teaching yoga, hosting yoga retreats and giving talks worldwide for over five years. I travelled to 47 countries and lived in seven of them, in Europe, Africa and the USA.

As a life coach, I guide people to connect to who they really are through Yoga & Coaching so that they don’t feel lost and lonely anymore but are empowered to live the life of their dreams.

In my coaching programme, I help you reconnect with yourself and to be present at the moment, so you can enjoy your life and become the best version of yourself.
