Nadia is a great coach and I deeply value the time we have spent together. Due to her coaching and seasoned professional perspective, I made great progress with my business, my organization and my team. With her help, I was able to recognize where I could improve myself and achieve work-life balance. Nadia was able to tailor the coaching sessions to various needs and profiles. She creates a progressive balance between coaching, mentoring, advising and challenging to support relationship building, organizational development and communication for me and my team. Thanks to her help, I have grown personally and improved my leadership capability, credibility and results.

Nadia Merdassi is a great Leadership Coach and Business Coach. I have had the great opportunity to work with Nadia as my supervisor, and I would like to highlight some of her skills and capabilities. Nadia exudes confidence and she articulately communicates with colleagues with clarity in all her discussions. Her confident demeanor makes colleagues trust and respect her decisions. She is also open minded, and she respectfully and actively listens to the other colleagues points of view, and engages in dialogues, with staff with wide-ranging views in order to have more honest, productive conversations. It is important to mention, that I have also witnessed the incredible way in which she managed conflicts at the Visitor Center through coaching and mentoring colleagues. In addition, she is great at giving and receiving positive and negative feedback appropriately. Her feedback is also very constructive, and it helped me to progress in my career. Nadia also has a pro-active approach to developing new and innovative knowledge for the institution. She rigorously and constantly facilitated reviews of the lessons learned from various initiatives undertaken at the World Bank Group Visitors center. This helped in informing the tweaks to future projects, which ensured that similar projects were even more successful. I am sure that her work as a Leadership Coach & Business coach will benefit all parties.

Nadia was my supervisor at the World Bank Visitors Center. She is a fearless leader who cares about both the work and her colleagues. She coached me and other staff members skillfully while also showing deep empathy for all. I am personally grateful to her as she also mentored me and guided me through my career trajectory. I have no doubt that she will be an excellent leader and coach as she has demonstrated this time and again throughout her career.
